SpringHill Suites by Marriott Detroit Dearborn

"My wife, three kids and I come to Michigan a couple times a year to see family and this is by far the cleanest, nicer and spacious rooms we have booked within the same price range as we always aim at. Staff was very friendly also it's the Only hotel I have ever been comfortable walking around barefoot in lol. Only negative I have is their breakfast needs a little work. Only turkey sausage, waffles and watery eggs. If they could expand and improve their breakfast buffet then this place will be our families go to Everytime we visit Michigan."

"Rooms were just like the pictures. 4 kids 2 adults we fitted really good in the room we booked 2 queen beds sofa bed extra small bed just in case. Really spacious. And for the price affordable I’ve always booked Marriott and this was great price for all the space we got. Staff was friendly we got there really late in night and checked out next morning they did not even rush as for checking out."

"My aunts and cousins rented a few rooms at this hotel for a girls weekend. The hotel staff was very welcoming and very nice. The roads were very spacious, clean and great for our weekend stay there was enough space to relax and also sleep. Downtown Detroit was about 20 minutes away and a fairly easy drive. There is not much activity or many food options around the hotel however, the price is well worth experience."

"I had a very good experience with this hotel. I liked very much my room. It was very spacious with a nice desk and enough light. Everything looked brand-new. Everything looked clean but I can tell they need to take more care of their bedding. It doesn't look and smell very clean.The staff was very nice. Breakfast is included. It's just like any other breakfast in most hotels. Not my favorite, but I do appreciate that there was a gentleman supervising the breakfast area. Even when the hotel is in a convenient area with stores and restaurants nearby, I wish it would be in a better area. I feel it a little lonely specially with the remodeling happening on the hotel next door. I know this may be out of the hotel's control, but I felt slightly unsafe with some of the guests in the hotel. Specially on weekends it can get a little wild. We had an incident where there was a guy screaming on the hallways several times at night and fighting with somebody else."

"As a Premium member of Marriott and CEO. I can tell you that the rooms are beautiful and building is good. But the breakfast was terrible. I don't expect much but dry bread, stale bagels laying out, no syrup for waffles. I have to say that across the Road Here is Holiday Inn. Ten Times better full food offering. Just don't understand Marriott. It use to.differentiate your brand. Now just too big and losing the premium offering. This was just unacceptable as a service. FREE doesn't even cut this disaster. Management obviously too busy in the office."
