"Very Affordable and clean. We stayed 1 night and had no complaints. It would also be a great choice for an extended stay since there was a really nice kitchenette. Full size fridge, big microwave and even a stovetop in our room. Front desk is not open overnight but we had no need for it to be open. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
"the worst service!! They did not respect the reservation that was made in advance, the person who attended us was super rude and took us out of the hotel with signs, the company made the advance reservation. Don't go to that hotel, it's the worst of the worst!!"
"I didn’t expect a restaurant or a lobby, but I was surprised to find there’s no coffee maker, iron, or conditioner (they do at least have shampoo and bar soap). Maybe this is standard for an extended stay hotel, but I just didn’t know what to expect - so this is a PSA for anyone else like me who’s booking this for a short stay. On the plus side, you get a full sized fridge, a stove, and a microwave, plus a big open closet setup. And I think they must have laundry too. Also, the front desk is not staffed 24/7. Expedia said the desk was open til 8pm, then I called and they said 11pm, but at the actual desk the sign says 10pm. So…I recommend calling to confirm the hours, if you need an early checkout before 9am or a late checkin after 8. It just opened this month (October), so everything is shiny and new. The room feels kinda Spartan (bare/minimal) but I guess that makes sense, since you’re expected to fill it with your own stuff during an extended stay. The price is great, but just know that it feels very utilitarian, without the sense of hospitality that you’d get at a normal hotel. (The front desk staff is friendly; I’m just talking about the vibe of the actual building/room decor.) It’s right near a big mall, and there’s an A&W restaurant next door."
