"I was in an accident at the end of October and was convinced my 2010 Ford Edge was going to be totaled. I had my car towed to Showcase and from the beginning Mark was friendly, communicative, and extremely helpful, and beyond patient during the nonsense I was dealing with coming from my insurance company. They were able to repair my car perfectly and I am so happy I chose this shop- they even gave me a good laugh by taping a Michigan “M” over my Spartan trailer hitch cover when I picked my car up. Highly recommend!"

"At the time my 2018 car had 10700 miles on it. I've used this shop 5 times in the past 15 year' and it was always geeat. Unfortunately it has gone through a change of ownership and it has hobbled this company. Small front end damage she said no more than a couple weeks and it turned into 11. Though it was only minor front end damage..not even radiator was hurt..engine was opened with timing chain covers and oil pan heavily damaged and removed for unknown reasons.. these problems were found two days after getting the car back and it was up on a dealership hoist. Oil pan was heavily damaged with drain plug apparently broken off, gone, and filled in with silicone sealant of all things!! Thousands of dollars in Diagnostics and fixing things after the fact... VERY sad. One thing I'll say is the owner never denied this was a horrible situation nor did they make me pay for anything wasn't my fault because of the accident. But it was still a horrible experience I'm afraid."
