"They have always been nice and very thorough with my visits."
"I got x-rays done last Thursday (5 days ago now) to see if I have a broken nose. Still no answers, and even my provider that ordered the x-rays can't get ahold of someone for an answer. Called the imaging department manager and surprise surprise, it went to her voice-mail. So unprofessional to make patients wait for simple X-RAYS this long."
