"I spent thousands of dollars on annually recommended tests for a condition that my new primary and cardiologist told me I don't even have. The office charged me for specialist visits for any appointment, even simple ones. To get results, guess what? You'll be charged for another visit. When telehealth visits were mandated to be free, guess who stopped offering telehealth? This place must be a cash cow - all of the tests can be done on site! There were often long waits for appointments, even though I was usually the only one in the waiting room. Dr. Atallah barely had 3 minutes of time for me, if I ever saw him. The building is old and smells like sewage, and the equipment seems antiquated. The absolute only saving grace here is Tara, the NP. She is an absolutely lovely person who seems to truly care about her patients. I only stayed as long as I did because of her."

"Everyone in this office is incredibly kind! My Primary is Tara Raymond, and she is an absolute God send. In a time where all the medical industry is stressed and overworked its easy for doctors to see you as just a number. Never in my life have I had a doctor who actually takes the time to listen to my concerns, and doesn't take the easy way to solutions. I am a "Fluffy" person when it comes to weight. Alot of physicians in the past would completely bypass whatever Initially brought me in and give me the whole "its probably related to your weight, loose some and you will be fine". In my experiences, it was never "because of my weight",& led to several episodes of injury and illness. Tara Raymond and the rest of the staff do everything they can to help you and will be 100% transparent in all aspects of your health and treatments. My family and myself will be come Rochester Medical Center for a very long time!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful and the doctor was willing to spend time to review all of my concerns and then give a diagnosis and recommend action. I walked it with worry and left with a plan and peace of mind. Very impressed with them!"

"Okay so I am someone that gets very nervous going to a new medical practice and not knowing what to expect. The waiting area is nice and roomy, I was the only one there. The nurse really took her time with me and was asking about medical history since I’m a new patient. She wrote down all of my concerns too. Then I actually got to see the NP, Tara. I typically prefer female health providers over males but I’m sure the DR would have been just as great. Tara addressed my concerns fully and kept asking “anything else” while working with me to decide what to do about them, and giving me referrals before I even left. Overall, I’m very glad I chose this practice because I didn’t have to “fight” for my concerns to be addressed and everyone was super welcoming and kind. ❤️"

"The Rochester Medical Center has always been Great. I have been going there since their opening. I have all my tests done there from Dr. Atallah. Stacey is the receptionist and she could not be more wonderful. If I ever have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, she makes it happen. She could not be more helpful if she tried. They are in a transition period right now but everything is still up and running. I also have see a couple of Dr's there and they have all been great. They provide you with an Urgent care facility that is run by a PA or one of the Dr's. Great Service, friendly people and always a great experience. I had a ruptured vein and they took excellent care of me before they had to rush me to the hospital but they knew what to do and how to do it.. Wonderful service..."
