“I just had the best massage and facial with Heather. I could not recommend Zen Beauty Spa enough. Firsty, the room is beautiful and so relaxing and cozy. I had my treatment on a massage bed with a heated blanket underneath which makes you so much more relaxed. Just fab. My massage was perfect.. just enough pressure and lovely technique. “I have a 15 year old Staffy x Jack Russell (Bessie) who has arthritis and whose mobility is slowing down. I have taken Bessie to Helen every 3- 4 weeks since November 2021 and I feel that the Bowen therapy treatment has definitely made a difference. She is still climbing up our internal stairs 4 - 5 times a day voluntarily which I don't think she would be able to do without having had this treatment. Helen is a very kind, friendly person who demonstrates care and respect for Bessie and my other dog who sits and watches Bessie. Bessie responds well to her warm and caring manner. Tristan explained what was going on with my body, worked through them and gave me great tips on how to maintain my body to avoid going backwards in my treatments.
