“Last week, I had to send an urgent item from Melbourne to New Zealand. I searched and contacted Direct Couriers, FedEx and another one to be told it would be 2-3 business days, and cost somewhere between $80-120. I phoned Pack and Send Eltham and Michael and Janine could not have been lovelier. I booked it all online, and just had to drop my item over. They even printed the documents for me as I had no power that day. But the best thing - it arrived in the recipients hands not even 24 hours after I'd dropped it off! Unbelievable!
