The educators have a great mix of care and instruction to allow the children to grow. We have found with both our daughters that the transition to primary school is seamless and they settle down straight away. The children and parents all mix in together which creates a welcoming little community. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff.”

● Closed“Froebel Carlton, I started working there almost 7 months ago and I have no words for how my perspective on Childhood education and care has changed positively. I feel very valued and I know the people that I work with appreciate my work, the administrative staff and educators are nice and caring, and our Director Emma cares about the children, educators and families, she works with the parents and support her team and provide a healthy and happy environment for educators. Our Educational Leader Laura and our Director Emma are always encouraging, supporting and providing educators helpful and important resources for us to keep developing our professional skills through free webinars, and articles, they have such an influential role in inspiring, motivating, and extending the practice and pedagogy of educators, Laura our educational leader is passionate in her role and she collaborates with educators and provides curriculum direction and guidance support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices that I appreciate and enjoy as it makes me keep learning and growing as a room leader educator. I enjoy going to work every day and love my job, but the most that I love is immersing the spanish language through our daily routines, through playing and seeing the children saying their first Spanish words, is such a nice feeling to see how our little ones are learning another language besides English already. If you are thinking to apply to Froebel Carlton or to enroll your child there, I highly recommend it, such a lovely place to work and for children to learn and develop their skills, abilities and interests.
