“This is a very spacious park and reservoir with lot of options for picnic. The top of the lookout at the end of the park is a very good spot for picnic with a view of the reservoir. There are few toilets and barbecue stations, but you have to carry all rubbish yourself The water is used for Melbourne water supply, so can’t enter.”

“Stayed at this stunning location a few weeks ago and I can truly say it was one of the best getaways I have ever had. From the views seen out all the large windows, the self filling spa bath, wood fire, heating and gas fire, cosy bed and couches, I seriously could not flaw the place in anyway. Perfectly situated so that you are close enough to plenty of walking trails and restaurants, while being isolated enough from the main tourist traffic. Would recommend this place for anyone needing a breather from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne, cannot wait to stay here again, next time I will definitely be staying longer.”

“This place is absolutely amazing! We spent 2 nights here and loved every moment of it! During the day you get a fantastic view but at night it's just spectacular! The only negative is that they use a compost toilet so it may be a little weird for some but other than that it's perfect! Will definitely be back here!”

“Stayed in many nearby hotels in the past as we have to come down for work regularly. This Motor Inn is owned and run by such a beautiful couple that we felt like we'd made friends from the start. They gave us great recommendations for dinners as the evening restaurant is no longer operating. Breakfast on site was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here. Easy to book with and absolutely no hassle when we had to postpone. We will definitely be back.”

“We had a booking for a birthday, Claude and the staffs are just amazing, very attentive and friendly, we love the selections of the food on the menu, and it tastes beautiful ~~~ we had an very relaxed time, there’s plenty of parking on the ground, also it’s surprising close to Berwick!! “Nestled within 75 acres of the beautiful countryside, overlooking the hills and valleys, one can wander through the nearby woodland for hours. The house is positioned to get the best vantage position of its beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Architecturally designed and tastefully furnished and decorated house, contains 5 bedrooms, four rooms positioned in both wings and a fifth on the mezzanine floor. Two very expansive living areas, one on ground level and the second on the mezzanine floor, are furnished well. A well-positioned fireplace (wood-fired), spa, karaoke area, and pool table further kept everyone entertained and had something to do.”

“This large green space could hold several events at the one time. It was great for a family reunion. The park features something for the whole family, excellent playground close by, substantial water feature, several clean double hotplate barbeques, seats and tables. You could easily spend a day here. The park is located just minutes from the Bendigo CBD. Bonus; There is no charge to use the BBQ with simple press buttons to operate the hotplate.
