“Went there last night. Purchased a large 50/50, 1/2 Aussie, 1/2 Supreme. Cooked in about 12 minutes and cost was $14 and I thought it was the best pizza I have had in my life. It was magnificent. Heated up the last 3 pieces the next day and reheated beautifully. I'll be going back there every time I'm in Ballarat. Yum oh. EDIT;- The big test is when you go back for the second time. Went back two weeks later and Yum oh, just as good the second time.”

“I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to Matthew Harbour the manager and his diligent team for their exceptional efforts during a particularly busy Friday night rush. I had placed an order for 7 pizzas and 3 sides, and to my amazement, the order was ready for pickup within an impressive timeframe of just 15 minutes. The workers at this establishment were nothing short of outstanding. I was particularly impressed by Zak Mullins, who displayed an incredible level of skill and alacrity as he sliced the pizzas with his "lightning hands". Additionally, Jack Hayes was incredibly approachable and personable, making for a pleasant overall experience. While I have not had the pleasure of meeting Alex Morton in person, I must commend him for his consistent exceptionalism. His dedication to his work is truly impressive and it shows in the quality of his output. I must also give credit to Harrison Mason, the "Delivery Expert," who goes above and beyond to ensure that each and every customer receives their pizza hot and fresh. It is truly remarkable to see him peddling with great speed on his eBike, determined to make every delivery a success. These four individuals are a true asset to their team and a testament to the importance of hard work and dedication in the workplace. I found the service at this outlet to be nothing short of exceptional. I am grateful for the hard work and dedication of the team, who went above and beyond to deliver a truly memorable dining experience. Matthew should consider my request to let Zak have the 25th of August off though. 11 out of 10.”

“This was my quick fix for lunch on a previous visit. Sushi choices were great with variety. Loved the beef roll. I always asked them not to give me a soy sauce. I think most of them were already flavorful. The price was ranged from $3-$5 if you after sushi rolls. Try them without soy sauce and you may discover the real taste of sushi not only saltiness of soy sauce.”

“Really sweet Mum and Dad type chinese restaurant. Has a very neighbourhood, local feel. Service was very warm and friendly. The prices are great. And while the food is not my favourite chinese in Ballarat, is still very good.”

“A fav place. Always take Ballarat visitors here. Good selection on the menu for breakfast lunch or dinner and kids menu. Staff are very attentive without being overbearing and always positive attitudes. There's the bistro as well as outdoor area to side of hotel. Always clean n well presented. After dinner a sunset walk is delightful.”

“Chookas roasts is by far the best customer service you'll ever receive in Ballarat. After menulog making me wait 2 hours for delivery and never delivering it. Andre from chookas roasts was amazing. With remaking my food so it's fresh, apologising when it wasn't even their fault , going above and beyond making sure I got a refund and that I still got my food. The food is great quality, with loads of gluten free options. They will now forever be my favourite restaurant. A huge thank you to Chookas, I will definitely be ordering here again.”
