Witnessed a Karen being rude to one of the staff today, she was asking for a product that was not on the shelf, the young man working explained in a very nice and polite manner that it was discontinued, her response was very impatient, she raised her voice and was being smart and sarcastic. Absolutely disgusting how she was talking down to him.”
