The Sands Torquay
● Open“We were looking for a venue outside of Melbourne to host our 2 day company offsite. We had come across The Sands and were taken away by its location and the layout of the venue. Monika who had taken care of us from the initial contact and to the end of the end event was wonderful to work with. Communication was constant and especially with all the constant changes we had going on last minute. With the actual day to day, we had Nat, Emma and her team take care of us. They were nothing but exceptional. No task was too big or too small for them and they were fantastic to work with. I can't thank Nat & Emma enough for taking care of our group. It makes a difference having exception service at your event and they shined. The relief I had every time they said no worries. Everyone had a fantastic time and alot of great comments with a few of them mentioning 'it was one of the best offsites so far'. It couldn't of happened without the team at The Sands for all their hard work. Meals were delicious and the team loved the selection of drinks on tap. Accommodation: Great layout, with all the rooms having balconies. Also pet friendly but we didn't have any. Easily accessible from the car park after checking in. Clean and modern beach vibes. Facilities: Fantastic wellness centre with a pool, cardio room, weight and squat rack room. Few options to choose for meals but great view from Bunkers, Shirleys or spikes or the outdoor area. Boardroom available as well for 24pax. Complimentary parking Conference: The space is not your normal conference room, it's a restaurant which is multifunctional. We preferred this to a normal conference room with no windows. The Shirley Bar had floor to ceiling windows/ doors with a view of the golf course. Amazing sunrise views. Also the balcony wraps around the whole venue so there's plenty of space to break out. Special thanks to: Nat, Emma, Monika, Gabbi, Letitia, Cora, Antonio, Siobhan, Artie, Zac, Cybil, Annie for your fantastic hospitality.”

● Open“This pace had great facilities that were well-maintained and clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect - it was just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, which was great for convenience. The caravan park is extremely kid-friendly. There were plenty of activities and amenities for children, making it a great place for families. Overall, I would highly recommend this caravan park to anyone looking for a fun-filled and enjoyable holiday. The combination of great facilities, location, and kid-friendly atmosphere made for a truly memorable experience.”

Wyndham Resort Torquay
● Open“Very happy with our experience! We had a room with an ocean view, amazing. Pools and spa are very good. The location is strategic, right in front of the beach, and a short walk from restaurants and cafes. The staff was friendly and lovely. It's definitely a place where we will come back.”

RACV Torquay Resort One Lifestyle
● Open“Since we live up the road this isn't a place we would stay overnight in. So I can't comment on the rooms. Facilities and spa here are lovely though. For the most part the staff are very warm, efficient and professional. I personally felt there can be somewhat of a snobbish vibe here at times however the resort is frequented by local members who use the gym and pool facilities as well as the lovely golf course, which gives it a nice overall balance. All food I have had here has been excellent and at about the right value. It is not cheap however if I go out to eat I want to eat something a little special that I wouldn't make at home and therefore I'm willing to pay for it. The only small thing I would say is that the gym/pool changing and shower area needs a good clean in the showers, especially under the partitions where grime appears to collect. However as far as pools go this one is pretty clean. I swim a lot in many pools and this one is high on the list for being the cleanest. Highly recommended.”

Narellan Pools Geelong
● Closed“Having bitten the bullet on committing to the expense of having a pool installed we were amazed how many companies were happy to only provide quotes over the phone. We subsequently decided to call a local pool builder. Stefan from Narellan Pools Geelong organised to come to our home. Stefan listened to our needs and then provided extensive & quality advice. After more than an hour we had all the information we required, all our questions answered and a genuine costing on the entire project. We felt so comfortable with Stefan and his professionalism we decided to go ahead within a couple of days. The project started on time. Stefan provided a significant active role throughout the entire process, communicating regularly with us, as did his office staff. His installation team displayed great care and commitment to providing excellent workmanship, and they all treated us and our property with great respect. Ultimately we have a fantastic asset that came in exactly on budget totally stress-free! I couldn't recommend Narellan Pools Geelong more strongly. Their demeanour, professionalism & respect earned our full trust which is generally not an easy thing to do. Great job NPG. Thank you.”

Freshwater Creek Cottages
● Closed“Thank you Farmer Phil and Marissa for our wonderful family farm holiday. The children had the freedom to explore fields and beautiful surroundings, feed the cows and pigs ,pat the sheep, take the goats for a walk ,and collect the eggs. They loved having the independence to ride their bikes in safety , hands on experience with the animals and help with farm activities. Phil and Marissa were so welcoming and friendly and took the time to interact with the children - even creating a thrilling ‘ cow on the loose ‘ adventure! Look forward to our next visit.”

Bellbrae Motel
● Open20 School Road, Torquay VIC 3228, Australia“Very cosy, peaceful spot near Torquay. The beds are very comfy, the split system is newer and the heater worked perfectly on cold winter’s night. The shower had great water pressure and hot water and the lady at reception was lovely. We will definitely stay here again. It is basic accommodation but has everything you need for a comfortable stay - including fast free wi-fi! It may look rustic but we loved it - lots of charm and history here along with a beautiful view from the window.”
