“I just done my nails this morning at 10am appointment. I got SNS manicure. It was my very first time to have SNS. At first I just chose silver and peach colours but as soon as I saw the peach colour on my nails it didn’t match to my skin tone. The lady who made my nails asked me if it was alright and I said “sorry I think it doesn’t match to my skin tone. Is it possible to change the colour, if not, I also understand” (please note she was half way through the process) She asked her colleague about it and since it was not so busy this morning, they offered me to cover it up with shellac. It was a relief for me. I was thinking they will charge extra for the shellac but I still paid the same amount when I book my appointment. I was super happy! The professionalism was great and the work was fantastic! Thank you very much team and sorry for the trouble. Im super happy of the result and my husband loves it too!”
