“I just wanted to leave a review about our recent experience at Good Guys Narre Warren. There was a young man by the name of Jordan who served us and he was a delight to deal with as he really went out of his way with his customer service. We were looking for a coffee machine and a mop and he found the best team members to answer all our questions and in his Electronics Department he spent time with us showing the best options for a new TV. He was very enthusiastic and a real people person. It was a great shopping experience. Cheers to Jordan.”

“Amazing Experience!! We just got carpets installed in our new home from Flooring Xtra Pakenham and have to say, the experience has been fantastic. Right from the start, Vince has been fabulous. He went above and beyond to explain things to me about the different varieties of carpets in the market and the difference between them. He accommodated my carpet installation even on a very short notice. The installers were also very friendly and hardworking guys. Overall 12/10 experience. Highly recommend Vince and Flooring Xtra in Pakenham.”

“Just had a refreshing and lovely experience at Bunnings this afternoon. Needed new batteries for my car keys, but didn’t know which ones. I asked Bill firstly who was nearby and he endeavoured to open my key set to check type of batteries would be needed. After a minute or two 5 other young men, including Nick, searched on their phones using You Tube and they nutted it out together. He obtained the batteries I needed and helped me. Was just so lovely to get some real customer service which sometimes seems to have disappeared these days. Thanks guys you made my day!”

“Ive had nothing but sensational service here. The staff are wonderful and friendly. My wife and I were in here very recently (probably when Kaz Fontaine showed up!) My wife has a medical condition that precludes wearing a mask but we still find there are KARENS who glare at us and judge us. If only she knew what the effects of Cancer were like!. I am mostly deaf so I need to read lips and asked the girl to see her face (at the appropriate distancing) which she was happy to do, the other staff member also took her mask on and off - when we inquired about her, as she was distressed, we found she also was medically exempt but expressed concern that people were so quick to judge that she tried wearing it at times so people wouldn’t accuse her. Really, anyone who writes a review without ever considering the reasons some people can’t wear masks shows the utterly appalling behavior of people who are so judgemental they can’t even show the most basic of common courtesies. I hope she lives up to her promise of never shopping there again.”
