My husband and brother in law went to bunnings tonight and were gone for a few hours for one item. When they went to Steve he went above and beyond. No bloody surprise when they told me who helped them out. They said he emailed multiple people, made phone calls and went thru a book filled with parts just to find sliding door wheels compatible with the ours.
