“*UPDATED REVIEW* Since my first review about two years ago, we now have another pup in our family. I just wanted to reiterate how great the staff at this clinic are. The staff has been there for us from general check ups to a couple of emergencies, whether it be giving us advice on the phone or sending us reminders of when worming/fleas are due. Stumbled across her by chance on Instagram, and instantly felt comfortable enough to post her my old jewellery and gemstones and then trusted her to create the most beautiful engagement ring. I get stopped by strangers asking about it. Her communication was amazing, her work is exceptional, and now I keep buying stuff from her… I would consider her “my jeweller” which sounds so ridiculous, but honestly I’ve entrusted her with some very precious, sentimental things and I wouldn’t go anywhere else frankly. “I have been sick for the past five days. I held off on going to the doctor because I thought I'd get better with rest, water, and vitamins. Most all clinics were closed, as it is Sunday, but VIC Medical Doctors Northcote came through. I called at around 11:30, and was in the clinic by 1:10 for an appointment. I saw Ali. He was kind and personable. He saw some fluid in my ear canal, so he prescribed antibiotics and a nasal spray to get rid of as many germs as possible, so my sinuses can clear up. I went to the Chemist Warehouse right down the road to pick up my prescriptions and should recover soon.”

“Sign outside said New Northcote Tavern, so was a tad confusing. Plenty of parking in the Brickworks shopping centre underground car park. Tavern/Brewery is outside the shopping centre on the corner at the back, facing apartments. Has large inside dining with pool table and undercover outside tables. Good pub menu, large serves. We were sharing a fish and chips and triple cheese pizza, see photo.”

The staff were very helpful and kind with helping me satisfy my pallet with a wide variety of selections it was a great help to have some expert advise. Paul is an exceptional psychologist, very warm, understanding, and offers invaluable advice that no doubt comes from years of experience and expertise. I believe everyone’s experience of psychology will differ, given mental health is such a personal matter, however if it helps you to take your first step into trying psychology - I’d highly recommend this practice.”
