“We've shopped at Aldi in South Melbourne many times but never ever thought to drop into Dan Murphy's, right next door so this was our first time visit to this store and wow! It's a very impressive uncle Dan's with a large and extensive range of wines, beers and spirits and from both low to top of the line prices. There's something here for everyone's taste and pocket! The staff is supper friendly, very helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable about the range in store and the customer sevice given to us, this being our first time visit, was first class. The store is in a great South Melbourne location with convenient free 2hr parking in the carpark directly above the store.”

“Ok you know you’re at a premium grocery store when you see wagyu beef cuts on the shelf. I guess it’s just a reflection of the neighbourhood but I’m not complaining! Gourmet pasta, original Italian Parmesan cheese & mochi ice cream are all welcome sightings in this better than your average Coles! Only wish there were more of these offerings at other stores.”

“The guys at Tuah Shisha are friendly, knowledgeable about their products and what really impresses me is the customer after care service. I love my new hookah, it is a talking piece at parties and gatherings , it looks good and is a high quality product made to last. It is also easy to clean and care for. The Shisha is home made with delicious fruits and other flavour notes and is super smooth. I can’t wait to try some more of the many flavours !!!”

“New mini supermarket open in the area that once housed Coles Express. Much more range than the old Coles Express. Kosher food stockists as well as you would expect for the area with a good range. Pricing can be good but also expensive depending on product as they have some select brands and nothing else on some items (garlic butter for instance was $8.99 as it was an artisan brand only). Hot chickens and good bread choices available. Their range of pre-made sandwiches is very good and very tasty - probably some of the nicest pre-made sandwiches I have had with quality ingredients. So much so I've started buying them for work. Also has a good solid coffee machine and a liquor store attached. Parking behind the store from an entrance off Glen Eira Road (not the ramp on Hotham st).”

“By far, the best cheese shop in Australia. The walk-in cheese room has one of the best selection a cheese shop can have from the best producers in Europe. Truffled Brie, brillât savarin, roquefort, ossau iraty, etivaz, caramel gouda, délice de bourgogne and many more.... also one of the only place where you can buy saucisson that actually tastes like saucisson.”
