“So appropriately named. They really are amazing! I cannot state strongly enough just how fabulous this business and their staff are. The customer service is incredible. I have been in there quite a number of times recently to purchase items and received nothing less than AAA service from very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Even more amazing is the help I have received from them with regards to a canister filter which I had purchased 18 months ago from a different business (I can’t say competitor, as there is no competition!), I ran into issues with the filter and have been trying to get it up and running for several weeks. The different business I originally bought the filter from were dreadful. So unhelpful, rude, condescending. After several interactions with that inferior business, I decided to seek help from the professionals…Amazing Amazon…and how amazing! They are dealing with my problem that was NOT their responsibility! They understood how upset and frustrated I was with the issue of the filter.
