It's the little things for me - the way the wait staff offer suggestions without needing to ask, the way the staff speak to you like a friend rather than a hiderance. Food and drink is reasonably priced, presented well and always quickly delivered (within 5-10mins of ordering) It gets pretty busy here, which would typically involve a lot of noise. However you can still hear the music playing and have a conversation without needing to shout.”
