“Excellent Service!!!!!! Myself and my partner always return to the Essendon Berkowitz store for our furniture needs. Andrew and David never disappoint no matter what our needs are or how difficult we can be in having our requests met. We just purchased a lovely dinning setting and they were so involved in the entire process of making decisions. Not for a second did we feel like they were trying to make a sale ( I know, having over 20 years sales experience). They were so genuine! as well as funny. We had a great, easy and relaxed experience and they made making choices, including what fabric to have, stress free. If you want authenticity in character, real genuine opinions and helpfulness and a giggle on the side, these guys are ones to assist you. Without reservation, I make the statement.......They deliver the best service over any furniture store in Melbourne. We continue to end up back there in their store for their product and A+++ customer service. Thank you Andrew and David for putting up with us and going way beyond what was necessary. Before we collecting the table we realised we'd ordered the wrong size table and had to change. The process was smooth and with just enough communication to ensure everything went well. “This is a review for the store & staff, not the furniture. I'll try to remember to write a review of the couches after I have them for a while. I spontaneously walked in between jobs on a Wednesday, it wasn't a planned visit. We had been looking for couches & was unsure exactly what we were after. Anthony was extremely helpful & pleasant. He made some suggestions, gave some advice & gave me space when I needed it to browse & think & talk on the phone with the better half. He was supportive & helpful without being pushy at all. We eventually bought from the DFO Essendon store were David was also extremely helpful without the pushiness, and full kudos to him, he gave the credit for the sale to Anthony who did deserve it. I'd recommend both stores as well as both sales people making the process so much easier than it could have been, it fact, than it was with other places we looked in. Let's hope the couches meet the same standard.”
