“I've been to a few total tools since living in Australia. The franchise itself is good but it's the staff that make all the difference, that said I've had some bad experiences with other locations which is why I'm writing this review for this one in particular. Today especially but other days as well, I experienced top service from many helpful staff; in particular Andrew went above and beyond in procuring some saw bench mounts which saved me doing a special order. If you're picking between two locations give these guys a go, very good service from pleasant staff.”
