We’ve just moved to the area and i hope Big W would give this compliment to one of their staff, Snez (saw her name tag). On multiple occasions, She was very attentive and helpful and helped me look for a puzzle and toy (which required her to dig through lotsa boxes). Such service is really hard to come by and I’m so grateful. Also, I overheard an incident last week with a man (who was looking for hot wheels) and was told not to look through the boxes as they appeared not to be displayed - he spoke to Snez with such disgust and disrespect and I hope Big W learn to stand up for their staff. As such behaviour from customers should not be condoned.”

He re-did our nightmare of a splash back that was ruined by a different person and when I had called up for options he took the time to explain everything so I could choose the best option possible. When they started the process, they are very professional and pay attention to detail. I love my new splash back, he definitely lives up to the ‘fine line tiling’ name because our splash back is perfect! He also went out of his way to do little things that needed fixing that he wasn’t hired to do which I appreciate! If you are after someone to do a job right the first time, these are your guys !”
