“As a parent I highly recommend Footscray Edu-Kingdom to students who need help in their academic studies. The homework and exam type questions are of very high standard and challenging. Their online questions provide students more chances to understand different types of questions and at the same time, to do revision. The tutors and teachers are experienced, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and supportive. The centre director, Julie, is professional, warm hearted, willing to help, friendly and knowledgeable in providing information on education. She remembers all the students' names which proves that she cares for every student. She gives assistance to each student no matter if it is small or big. She will provide suitable advice to each student in regards to their learning or other matters that we discuss with her. A good coaching centre not only depends on its resources; its environment and staff are also important. I highly recommend this coaching centre.”

“Like others, I am shocked by the bad reviews. Alot sound like 1 minor inconvenience or misinterpretation equal 1 to 3 stars. Regardless, I have been to this doctors since I have been alivd and sometimes there is a wait, 10 15mins late Seems to be max where I have had to wait of they were late at all. But you go into the doctors office and you'd completely forget thatyou were to wait for a handful of minutes past your apointed time and this is because the doctor in that room actually cares and gives you all the time you need to get to the bottom of your issues. That's more important than being precisely on time. Also Every staff member I interact with there has been nothing but friendly and welcoming, I don't expect the red carpet to be rolled out the door for me for my appointment about a cold or whatever...I see them both working the phones and checking in people for their appointments who are their in person like Clock work. Sometimes perspective is the key and this is the perspective that hasn't been given in these reviews. Critics is great, if it's valid and useful to that clinic, but "oh the staff didn't have a 10 minute chat with me" isn't anything that can be fixed, it's called reality... anyway if and when new patient availability opens up which I'm sure you'd understand there is a limit and a capacity to the amount the doctors can without reducing their quality then I really recommend this clinic and from what I have seen of other clinics this is right up there.”
