Dr Kroushev is a professional, very knowledgeable and supportive obstetrician who gives you all the information you need and the assoicated time, to feel supported in your pregnancy and labour/birth/post-birth, going above and beyond in the service she provides. She respected my birth preferences and helped me have a positive birth experience despite birth complications. She was kind and caring throughout the whole experience and I certainly would use her again.”

“Took my child on a long weekend Parking was easy enough although pretty expensive. The elevators were pretty dirty. The signage wasn’t overly clear outside as to where to go. I walked around to the children’s then had to walk back as the main emergency Dept apparently sees children and adults. Went to the emergency department. Everything was super quick and efficient. The staff were lovely and great with my child. Thanks so much!”

On arrival, receptionist told me that I would have to pay because there was a glitch on website and what I see on website on my phone doesn’t show the same on their website. Long story short, they took it Upton themselves and fixed the issue and let me see the doctor and bulk billed. Happy to see that they cooperated and understood. Thank you. “I had an IUD put in by Dr Amanda, and felt very in control the whole time. I came in very anxious because of so many other people experiencing pain. But from the moment I stepped in, the whole team including receptionists, nurse and doctor made me feel so at ease. Dr and nurse took their time every step of the way to check that I was comfortable and ok. During the procedure I felt about 1 min of discomfort and 5 seconds of intense cramping. Once it was done, the pain went away almost immediately. Overall I felt very safe with Dr Amanda and the team.”
