“Visited the Highpoint store yesterday around 3:15pm. Just wanted to say how grateful I am at the three staff members who went above and beyond to help! After a absolute blunder of a car seat installation elsewhere, the staff were more than willing to help and ensure the safety of my little one. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names but you all know who you are and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks a million again!!”

It has been a struggle to find a perfect shoes for my son as his school is extremely fussy on the type of shoes, and he has to wear a pair of special thick socks (school policy). My son has never worn any leather s school shoes before and it made him feeling very uncomfortable. Paris patiently explained everything and tried her best to find us the perfect fit. But the lady operating it is extremely organized and she knows exactly where everything is. She will even place a special order for you if you don't find your size or color. It looks like it's used stuff sometimes, but all shoes are new and great brands (Nike, Salomon, Crocs...) at a fraction of the price.”
