They have an excellent mobile app that keeps you updated at all times regarding the Centre's activities. You can also speak to the teachers and staff one-on-one when you pick up your child, and ask them for a feedback regarding your child's day-to-day activities. “My son has been going to Story House Early Learning since he was 3 months old. He is now a year old and i have always had a great experience. My son is well looked after and i do not have to worry. Tania, Nikka, Carolina, Courtney, Fantu, Wendy, Emily and all the other ladies at Story House have been amazing. I would highly recommend this daycare to any parents/caregivers. You will get daily updates on what your child is doing with pictures from the app along with what they ate, nappies etc. If they are any issues the ladies are prompt in letting you know. Everyone i have come across has been warm and lovely.”

“My two children have attended this facility and the likes of Julie , Preeti and Astha are the best educators you could trust your children to be with. They have gone above and beyond for my children whether it be for their birthdays , or to celebrate a holiday / religious day and I am forever grateful for the diversity this centre provides. Emily and Dani the manager and assistant manager, are very understanding, efficient and genuinely care for the children within this centre.”

“The educators at this center are incredible - warm, nurturing, thoughtful, attentive and caring. They provide a range of enriching and educational opportunities for the children, and pay attention to each child's interests. My daughter absolutely loves her childcare days! The center director, Miranda, is always supportive and ready to help. The center itself is clean and has a very welcoming feel. The outside play area is very good, and unlike other daycare centers is not segregated by age. This means that my 2 year old daughter is able to play with, and learn from, the older children in the center and is also able to interact with all of the educators. There is a real sense of community at this center. I can't recommend it highly enough!”

“The quality and value of learning at this centre is something that has really captured me and made me confident and comfortable in sending my son there. The activities that are implemented to promote learning, both inside the classroom and outside. Particularly, the child note and community post on regular basis. The most important aspect for me was the staff, to ensure my son was welcomed somewhere he would feel safe, and this centre delivered beyond my expectations! Not only did we both feel welcome and safe, the staff made us feel like family, always enthusiastic and happy to see us. We are truly made to feel like a family.”

“With having a little one being with Community Kids for almost two years and having the littlest one starting three weeks ago, we couldn't be happier with Nay and the team! The centre has an amazing set up and everything that both the children could need and more! Thank you to Nay and Alana for always having open arms and smiles on your faces first thing in the morning when the children run in, it makes the drop offs so much easier knowing the little ones always have a smile on their face! Thank you to Sam, Helen and Sandy for being good team leaders over the years, its a great experience watching how much the little ones have learnt and developed and always being there for the little ones when they want cuddles! “I found it very daunting having to find a care child centre to enrol my little one. We found Aspire Truganina and haven’t looked back. The management team were incredible in supporting me through the enrolment process and providing encouragement as I returned to work and dropped my child off each day. Reyza & Kavitha take such good care of my child. They are intentional in understanding each child’s needs and tailor their care accordingly. I’m very impressed by the individual learning plans and the thought that goes into structuring what the children learn each week. I love that the kids experience things at daycare that they wouldn’t at home. The app that the centre uses provides daily updates so I can feel like I’m across what is happening from a far. The highlight of my day is receiving the photo updates (and Ofcourse pick up!). Many thanks to the wonderful team at Aspire. We’re so grateful for the way you’re caring and teaching our little one. “Hi, I am posting this review for Big Child Care Tarneit Rise, the staff, the environment and overall experience. The staff, especially the trio of Parul, Jyotsna and Fiona has been amazing for my son who visits the facility thrice a week and during school holiday programme for last 2.5 years. We feel really safe when my child is with them as we are assured of his physical and emotional well being is being well taken care of. All of them exhibit care, affection and support for my son and stand by him whenever needed. We would definitely recommend any parent to send their child in and be assured of top quality care and support. Their recent usage of the Xap App has made the booking, invoicing, payment, scheduling etc even easier and a big thumbs up to the team for arranging them so effortlessly.”
