“We had such a fun family day out. My boys said it was the best arcade place they have ever been too. There was so many fun arcade games, bowling, laser tag and dodgem cars. The decor was so beautiful, everything was so clean and staff were so friendly. Loved the bar area that has seating too. They serve cocktails, milkshakes and delicious pizzas. Highly recommend checking out Archie brothers for a fun day out. After 9pm strictly +18”

“This is a really great place to hold an international congress - I'm here for IUCr2023. Plenty of foyer space that can accommodate large numbers. Location is a delight with excellent pedestrian access across the Yarra river by footbridge. Plenty of food places nearby”

“Apple Blossoms has been our saving grace, and truly feels like an extension of our home. Our daughter started just before Melbourne's second lock down eased, and we have never looked back. In fact, we increased her days because she loves it there so much. I'd never thought I'd be a childcare kind of parent, but my baby had other ideas and needed stimulation and engagement that I couldn't provide her, particularly after such a long stint at home due to the pandemic. My child RUNS to the front gate and greets her nursery educators with wide open arms. Every single staff member knows her name even if I have yet to meet them. Educators have even stopped me in the street to say hello to her. I am updated frequently with photos, phone calls and Storypark reflections. I truly believe that the educators adore my child and have taken the time to get to know her, and work hard to provide her with what she needs to learn and grow. This has been particularly evident in the introduction of Key Word Sign in the nursery, as we use baby sign at home. The food is incredible and I am often told that my daughter enjoyed 3 bowls of it at lunchtime. The staff smile and appear genuinely happy to be at work. Everyone knows each other and you can hear that from the chatter between everyone, even the chef. Tina the director is phenomenal. I feel so lucky that we started at Apple Blossoms after she took over management. I have never felt so respected, heard and cared for as a parent, particularly during vulnerable moments of being a first time parent. I cannot fault Apple Blossoms, and having worked in childcare settings myself, that is saying something. We adore you AB and thank you so much for looking after and loving our most precious possession. I wonder what amazing things my daughter will do today after drop off - perhaps feed the chooks or swing on the flying trapeze?”

“I have two kids at Apple blossoms, one in the baby room and one in the toddler room. We have come from two centres before Apple blossoms. I just wish I’d found apple blossoms sooner instead of wasting my time at other centres! I honestly can’t rave enough about the girls in both rooms. They go above and beyond to make sure my kids feel loved and have fun. These two things were very important to my partner and I with childcare because our kids will be in full time care. The food is amazing and the centre is very clean. I show up at different times unannounced to pick up my kids and I always find them cuddling, smiling and playing with my son in the baby room and playing, reading, dancing or doing a different activity in the toddler room. They go to a lot of effort setting up lots of different activities every day to keep the kids from ever getting bored. 5 stars from us!! Will never take my kids anywhere else”

“Eden Academy have such a positive and welcome feeling since you walk in the door. My son just love going to kinder. He loves seeing all the staff and he just adores Bentley. I'm really happy with the feedback that I get daily and that I'm able to have a look at my child's portfolio as well as art book when I want to as it is always assessable with in the room.”

“My daughter had her 8th birthday party here. I found Helen and her team very organised, professional and they are fantastic with kids! Helen took the time to explain how the party works, she took care of everything while I managed to take photos and even be in the photos. We did the clay party which included food, the art activity, a disco and pass the parcel. We were so impressed with the party that I enrol my daughter in art based activities at Artea during the school holidays. I definitely recommend Artea for kids parties and their art classes.”

“Billy Button gave me peace of mind when I struggled to find a reliable childcare when i moved to Melbourne with my daughter. Billy Button's director listened to our family's situation and went above and beyond to cater to my daughter's medical needs. My daughter willingly said goodbye to me in the morning and I was even able to enjoy a coffee from the childcare Cafe before I left for work. Billy Button is more children-centric and family-focused, facilities newer and cleaner than 4 other "Exceeding" NQS and more expensive childcares we've attended. I highly recommend it.”

“I needed a day care for my son when he was 4 months, the stress & worry being a FTM, was beyond measurable however I stumbled across Astra Learning centre and I am the happiest mum with a happy child! We live 45-50 mins to the centre however, the drive didn’t bother me, knowing that my son was cared for properly. Astra Learning Centre has proven to be the best day care & is highly recommended to any family. My son loves all the educators. The smile on his face during pick up and drop off is reassuring and says it all. Astra learning centre goes above & beyond, the staff are very professional & cannot thank them enough. Astra learning centres’ management is outstanding, the effort that Vanda & Rashmi go through on a daily basis is commendable. Highly recommended”

“A great place situated in the centre of oakleigh south. Amazing and huge park for dogs with an off leash area. There are a lot of dogs that come to this park so it would great if you want to socialise your dog with others. Be mindful that the park is not fenced, so if you fur buddy is prone to running, this park may not be suitable. This park also has a dog exercise area with cleaning supplies provided by the council. Highly recommended for a good hour of play”

“We recently had our daughter’s birthday party here and it was so much fun. Everything was organised and taken care by Beanie and her team that we could spend time with our guests and enjoy. The children had fun with the arm painting , glow bangles and the dance steps . Megan, the part host was awesome! The Madfun team organised the timings for eating, dancing , dance games , cake cutting such that everyone had fun! They even cut and served the cake to all. I would rate it as a great party venue . “This is a great whimsical playground that immediately felt like it has a lot of history behind it once you walk through the gate. It feels like a place where children can take risks, excercise their imagination and go on a big adventure with whatever story they can cook up with. There are also interesting art and doodles all around the area that set it apart from modern playground which can be too safe and bland.”

“Showtime was our wedding reception, and words can not describe how helpful they were during the process! Planning a wedding was very stressful as it is, but Claire our wedding coordinator we're extremely helpful and passionate throughout the entire process and really allowed us to have the best day of our lives that we will NEVER forget! Every single guest couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue and the hanging Icicles fairy lights were! It comes alive at night to create the mood for our guests and family to enjoy.
