“I could not speak more highly of Platypus Junction Mulgrave. As an early childhood teacher I was very particular about where I wanted to send my baby. I looked at so many childcare centres and Platypus Junction was the first centre I looked at where I felt completely comfortable. The centre is clean, beautifully set up and well maintained. The staff are friendly, responsive and have such beautiful relationships with the children, from the room all the way up to management. Platypus junction has fantastic communication and I always feel in the loop and confident that I know what is going on around the centre and that my child is safe and well looked after. I absolutely recommend this centre.”

“I’m so happy with this Centre. Staff are caring and they look after my son so well. The Centre is always clean and calm, which indicates how well run it is. They are fantastic communicators and are always happy to answer any questions you have and they are very accommodating if you have any requests. I love the app they use, I get photos throughout the day and the educators write what activities they have done for that day. I also get notifications of what my son is eating, when he is sleeping and when he has a nappy change which is so great because when you pick your child up, you know exactly what has happened throughout the day. I highly recommend this Centre.”

“I am a working mother/ surgeon and Evoke Clayton (Previously Nido Clayton) provided excellent care for all 3 of my babies for the last 7 years. This is a particularly exceptional childcare centre with experienced and compassionate staff, marvellous infrastructure for the children to learn through play in all weather conditions and responsive management. We short listed 12 centres and visited 6 prior to deciding on Evoke Clayton and we know we have made the best choice for our precious children.”

“Well designed. Many play areas for the various age group of children. Area is wide enough yet not too wide that parents can stand at the side to watch as their children play instead of having to be by their side to ensure their safety. Generally safe especially for little ones as it is gated and only adults or tall kids are able to open the gate to get in and out of the playground. Beautiful lake albeit small to walk around. Ample parking space.”

“It’s a wonderful place to have a birthday party here. I had my 2 boys 7&4 birthday party in Taskworks today, all kids had a great time there. Staffs are so friendly and nice and well organised, especially Emily who is a very nice girl to lead the kids go through all activities with great attention and patience. Highly recommended!”

“I went to the Mulgrave Library post my work to do my CPA studies. Although the Library is a bit small but I was able to spend my evening doing my study at this place This place has a small park outside and there are lot of books associated with kids. I was able to interact with a long time volunteer Billy at the place. He had a wonderful smile and he really made my day by his chats. Overall, I would recommend anyone around mulgrave if they want to spend some quite time doing their study.”

“Exceptional quality. One of the only centres in Melbourne that exceeds in all 7 performance categories for child health, safety, nutrition and development. The food is cooked in house with no preservatives, sugar or salt. The outdoor play area is exceptionally large, sun smart and well maintained, as beautiful as a children's park. The staff always take feedback from parents and the carers work with family to help children settle and succeed. This is a cooperative community run centre for Monash Uni staff and academics, students and the local surrounding community.”

“Donna is an amazing educator and she's so great with kids!!! My son has been going to her place for more than 2 years now since he was 1 year old. He loves coming to her house every day. Her house set up is very similar to child care centre and Donna also provides pre-kindergarten education to the kids. She always updates me how my child development is going and he gets to do a lot of activities at her place that helps with his brain and physical development.
