“It took me months to find Drs that are methodical when changing area's after 17 years . Myself and youngest daughter have a very complex medical history and sadly today I was told that this amazing GP service will no longer be bulk billing those on concession cards. The Government continues to allow those who struggle even more so with these type of changes . With every other price increase and with changes like this now people's health will be impacted. It is "hard to find"truly amazing Drs who actually care these days about their patients. I have had the pleasure for many years in the Western Suburbs and simply can't afford to travel over an hour to see him. I can't praise this GP surgery enough after dealing with 3 Drs here ,who were beyond anything I expected for myself and daughter . Dr. Katrina Reid just beautiful,compassionate and methodical for myself and Dr. Susanna Gong who was patient and absolutely amazing with my autistic young teenage daughter and the young man I seen today . I will miss this clinic. It's sad that we need to search for other professionals after such a long wait to find Drs that were beyond my expectations due to lack of bulk billing services for those who truly require it .”

“Westfield Southland is a large multilevel shopping centre South of Melbourne. Unusually the centre straddles a major 8 lane road, the Nepean Highway with a massive multilevel sky bridge that has shops and restaurants on it. The sky bridge is so large it almost qualifies as a shopping centre on its own. A Shopping Centre in the sky! Southland is very large and as it's split over both sides of the Highway navigating it can be a bit difficult as you can't just walk from one side to the other if you are on the ground floor as you need to go up to the Skybridge, walk close to 150 metres across it, then down again. Make sure you memorise where you've parked and which level as it's not too hard to lose it. Unlike Chadstone or Westfield Doncaster, the centre is rather dated, although spotlessly maintained but with little of visual interest. Standard range of shops and services with several food courts/dining areas around the centre, but nothing like the exceptional food court at Doncaster Westfield with massive panorama windows, interesting layout and furnishings as well as the recently developed restaurant precinct upstairs. Worth a visit to see how good some of our other major shopping centres really are.”

“The receptionists aren't great, i've never had a good experience here at reception. But i'm rating 5 stars because Doctor Enten is incredible. I'm lucky I met him. He genuinely has saved my life. I just couldn't speak of someone highly enough. I've dealt with a lot of doctors in both the public and private system, i've never had one as great as Dr Enten. “I highly recommend this service. Practitioners are all professional, knowledgeable and supportive and the staff on reception are so helpful and friendly. Manager Fran is also extremely approachable and compassionate. Therapy rooms are very well resourced and they offer a range of therapies allowing for a collaborative approach if required. Definitely check out SK if you need kids therapies. They have been fantastic with our child on the autism spectrum!”
