“Our son has been at Pelican Childcare for nearly 2 years and we have been so happy here. Right from when we first toured the centre, we have always been made to feel warmly welcomed and comfortable. Our son has always had good relationships with his educators and the indoor and outdoor play spaces are large, fun, and stimulating. Pelican has also done a good job at creating a sense of community among the families with meet and greet activities hosted throughout the year. They are very flexible and willing to accommodate your needs with the Management, Fanoula and Steph, being very approachable and easy going. Our son also loves it when Julian visits for music and dance sessions – I think it’s pretty unique to have a weekly activity like this, and all the kids seem to love Julian. We highly recommend Pelican Childcare.”

“My daughter has attended Casa Bambini Coburg since she was 10 months old. It's hard to believe she will begin kinder next year. Our experience at the Centre has been a highly positive one. The educators are friendly, genuinely caring and fun and we have a sense of being part of an extended family there. We are really impressed with the breadth of the activities and topics that the children learn about. Nothing is ever a problem for the staff and they go out of their way to make children's (and parent's) experience positive. Since a management change in 2022 I have seen a huge overall improvement in the running of the Centre, especially around communication and admin.”

What sets this centre apart from others is the low turnover of educators - my girls have developed strong healthy relationships with their educators because of it. Everyone knows each other's names, and we have built friendships along the way too. It is a small but mighty centre, and we will be sad to leave when the girls are ready for school.”

“The team at The Learning Space is amazing. Emily who heads up the kinder room is so caring and unflappable. She has pulled together a wonderful program for the children and my son is so happy to see her everyday. She is supported by a consistent team whom make strong bonds with the children. Together they foster independence, creative play and a love of learning in the children. Hanney who leads the kitchen garden program and prepares the children's food brings such passion and creativity it inspires me to include my son more in kitchen activities and cooking at home too. Finally, Emma who owns and operates this wonderful centre is so kind and helpful. She takes on board any feedback and is consistently looking to improve this already amazing centre. I feel so fortunate to have come across this gem.”

“A couple of years ago we enrolled our daughter into the Montessori preschool program and we were thrilled with the level of care and education that she received. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was evident that this Montessori program was something special. Ioleen, Tammie and the staff are filled with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine love for children. The entire team made us feel like we were part of a big family, which created a nurturing and supportive environment for both children and parents. One aspect that particularly impressed us was the level of discipline instilled in her through the Montessori program. She was taught to be responsible for her own actions and to make independent choices. This foundation of self-discipline has had a profound impact on her learning and behaviour. Academically, the Montessori program provided her with an exceptional platform for learning and easy transition to primary school. We could not recommend this preschool enough and are very grateful for what it has provided for us.”
