“Nice, clean, very friendly staff. They have reception which is good. It's bigger store. Highly recommended. I did recommend that they putting bigger signs for Pram Parking. Just this morning as I was getting my son out I noticed a White Toyota Yaris trying to park and I noticed that he didn't have a child In the car. People should be booked if they park in Pram Parking or Disabled Parking.”

“I can't praise the staff enough at this store. I had a Maxwell dinnerware set that had begun to show silverware deposits quite badly. I had bought this set to replace a cheap IKEA set that had this same problem, so I was quite upset it had happened again, especially with a brand like Maxwell. I had taken it to the Waurn Ponds store where I had bought it from. They were very condescending and rude, despite being polite and informative that this is a product fault and not my own (I have researched this issue a lot). I was very upset and left. In contrast, the staff at Geelong store were great. They were able to find the purchase despite no receipt. The manager (not sure of his name) clearly sets a friendly and helpful environment for his staff. They were able to kindly process the refund. It's so rare to find good customer service these days, so I am very thankful.”

“Best to place grab all needs - This store offers all type of Groceries and staple items - Indian type spices are also available - Packed food items - Cleanly maintained and helpful staff - We used the trolleys by inserting 5 rs. coins and take back once settled in the right place. very nice and fun :)”
