“Attitude is what makes breaks a business. I would like to give a big thank you to the management at Virage Motors. Service with a smile and a first rate attitude is so rare these days These people did not know me from a bar of soap. I needed to park my vehicle for 40 minutes as I had an appointment nearby, and because I am from interstate, (Qld) I needed to download a PayStay app, which I did; followed the instructions and yet could not make the app work. The parking meter would not accept credit cards, and I did not have any coins. One of the team from Virage Motors saw that I was having problems, and I explained that I didn't have any coins and my smallest note was $20 Without hesitation, they went into the office and supplied an hours worth of coins and gave it to me.. What an awesome attitude and helpful demeanour! They had no idea I was going to write this 5 star review… they didn’t ask for it nor did they expect it. However it is really refreshing to see good old fashioned values; and a genuine willingness to help people. Thank you Virage Motors… you made my day. Awesome attitude.
