Spanning 80 acres, October Farm Riverfront offers a diverse network of trails that lead visitors through fascinating eskers, historic artifacts such as a stone canoe house and cabin foundations, and serene wooded flood plains. This picturesque area was acquired through generous private donations, the support of Concord residents, and a grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ownership is shared between the Town, which manages 33 acres, and the Land Trust, overseeing 47 acres.
