"I was told I had to come into the office for a visit because I couldn't get prescribed the medication I needed on virtual calls. When I was late for my appointment because I got stuck in traffic they called me and told me to pull over to the side of the highway so they could do a video call instead and still get their chance to bill me. Needless to say, I didn't do something that reckless and pointless. A few days later I finally made it to the office for the visit but the doctor didn't even mention the medication that was the entire reason I we met in person instead of online. 4 hours of my time and 300+ dollars and I was still right where I started. I don't know much about treating mental health but I don't think this is the right way to do it."

"Like many others, I was charged an outrageously punitive $300 no-show fee and so after almost a year of being a patient, that was the final session I booked with Aster Mental Health. Recently I have also learned they charged a $30 “chart history” invoice to my current provider when they reached out for my medical records."

"they really care. They go above and beyond. Recently I need to have some medical records sent over for another facility. The other facility was taking their time. The staff called me everyday to keep me informed of where they stood on getting the records. The other organization said to me it would take 3 weeks for the records to be received. Aster got it done in 3 days."

"Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sims. She helped both myself and my sister through some hard times. She really listened and tailored treatment to what I needed. I finally felt heard. As someone with a crazy busy schedule, I cannot stress enough how nice it is to have multiple reminders set up. My ADHD appreciates the refocus dings haha. The office is easy to work with, and I am glad I found the practice. Recommend!"

"I am switching providers ASAP!! Be very CAREFUL providing any account information to this office. I had an incident completely out of my control and was able to notify the office that I would be late for my appointment the same day. They still took $300 from my credit card twice! They do not give you any chances no matter what the incident is. This is supposed to be a mental health provider that is causing much more stress than it is helping because they have maxed out my credit card. $300 is astronomically high and undeserved for a five minute phone call to refill prescriptions. And they took $300 twice!! No other mental health providers practice in this unethical manner so there is no reason to risk being associated with his provider. If something horrible happens out of your control they are automatically taking $300 from your credit card without warning. Making your bad situation even worse. This office is doing exactly the opposite of what it claims to be doing and that’s “helping people”They are not helping anyone besides themselves taking that much money from patients. You don’t even get one chance. The billing office has refused to call me back they have taken over $1000 from me for absolutely no reason . There are way too many other mental health providers out there that would never do this to their patients. I don’t see why anyone would be a patient in this office. If you are a patient here good luck."
