"I’m from out of town so I just showed up, filled out paperwork, gave them a credit card and they cover most insurances here, and they took me back almost immediately. Highly recommend this place. One of the doctors here was great too! He was incredibly nice and very helpful! Made you feel like you were heard and wanted to help you any way possible. The front desk people are super nice too!"

"This office really close to my gome so it's incredibly convenient. I've been here twice now (once for myself and once for my mom) and both times the staff has been super fast. We've been in and out in no time at all, which I truly appreciate especially during those times when you just don't feel well at all. "This was my 1st time at AFC. It was the most unproductive and useless urgent care visit in all my 72 years. I had a swollen mass on the left-side of my neck. There was severe pain, and the area hurt when I swallowed. This condition started Wednesday night and got worse by Friday. I had applied ice to this area for a couple of days which seemed to slightly help the pain and swelling. However, since there was only minimal improvement, I decided that it would be prudent to seek medical attention that Friday night. I chose AFC, and a physician examined my neck and all she did was regurgitate what I already knew and what I relayed to her. On top of that, the imaging machines (x-ray and scanning) were not functioning. [Oh great, why didn't you post a notice of this rather critical detail so your clientele knows ahead of time?!?!] No imaging. No diagnosis. No treatment. No lab work. No value-added. The recommendation was to go to the ER for further evaluation. I told the physician that I made a bad decision coming to AFC, that it was a waste of my time, and that I could have just gone directly to the ER instead. Hey AFC, this incident was a huge waste of valuable resources! Had I known that your imaging equipment was not functioning, I would not have wasted my time nor the admin staff's time nor the physician's time. My spot in line could have been given to someone else who could have benefitted sooner which would have been more productive. Listen up… management needs to address quality improvement measures. Do it!"

"We were in and out, thank goodness!!! Not too bad 4 days before Christmas. we waited about 20 minutes in the waiting room we were in the back for about 25- 40 minutes. We were done a little over an hour and that was with my daughter getting an x-ray and a splint put on!!! I would give it five stars but I got a wait and make sure that I am billed correctly!!"
