Welcome to Fern Hill Cemetery, a historic and tranquil resting place located on High Street in Hanson, Massachusetts. Established around 1748 as the churchyard for the Second Church of Christ in the West Parish of Pembroke, now known as the First Congregational Church of Hanson, Fern Hill Cemetery is steeped in rich history and tradition. Also referred to as Old Burial Hill and Gravely Hill, this cemetery has served the community for centuries and continues to be an active site for burials today. The cemetery features several expansions toward the picturesque Wampatuck Pond, offering a serene environment for reflection and remembrance. The oldest section of Fern Hill Cemetery is under the stewardship of the Town of Hanson, while the newer sections are privately owned and operated, ensuring meticulous care and maintenance.

Welcome to Holy Apostles Parish, a vibrant and welcoming place of worship located at 575 Monponsett Street, Halifax, Massachusetts. Our faith is celebrated through the Sacrament of the Eucharist, where we experience the true presence of our Lord, offering us life and healing. Join us for our weekend Masses at Our Lady of the Lake Church during August: Saturday Vigil at 4:00 PM, and Sunday services at 7:30 AM, 10:30 AM, and 5:00 PM. Daily Mass is held at 9:00 AM from Monday through Saturday, with an additional service on Wednesday at 6:00 PM. Please note that there is no Mass on Fridays. We also offer the Sacrament of Confession on Sundays from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM and Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM.
