"UPDATED: The manager called and informed me that they are closed for the season and that I was referred to a third company. Evidently, that company did not have all the information and was incorrect in what they told me. As per their response below, they quickly emailed me and called me the next business day. Everything has been resolved. Thank you ! I am really getting the run around trying to cancel my four-night May 2024 reservation that was made on 1/13/24. I am being told that is a one night reservation cancellation charge and if they cannot rebook the suite, then I am going to be charged the entire $1600. NO WHERE ON THE reservation website does it state this policy!"
"This resort is one of my favorites. The staff works very hard cleaning everything clean & functional. The views are stunning. Prices are high but I can't blame them.. since Biden was installed EVERYTHING is unaffordable."
"I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff was so friendly. The accommodations were great and it was located in such a beautiful setting. The amenities were above and beyond what I would expect. There is a wonderful pool, private beach, beach chairs, beach towels, mini golf, corn hole and they even have bikes that you can take out for a ride. Excellent!!!!!"
"We accidentally booked the wrong room, but Janice from the front desk helped us find another place at Green Harbor within 5-10 minutes. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. It was excellent customer service. Green Harbor also has amazing amenities (pool, beach, mini golf, kayaking, etc) and spacious, clean rooms. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in this part of Cape Cod."
"My favorite place to stay on the cape, and arguably on the planet. Clean rooms, fantastic service, and the front desk is so so helpful and kind. We come here every year. The pool is one of the best outdoor underground pools ever. The beach is quiet and quaint. Free chairs to use, and the towels are always stocked. Nearby to grocery stores and restaurants."
