"I had family looking to stay in town and they were looking at hotels/motels to stay at and they wanted to make reservations here based on the photos on the website. I had to tell them to stay clear. The dumpsters are overflowing, there is trash and seagulls all over the grounds. I was across the street one day and there were 2 young children on the roof. I’ve not seen this place look so bad since the state made it a shelter for people crossing the southern border. It looks like a dump. They owners either don’t care or enjoy running a rundown trashy business. Stay clear! There are ambulances there frequently, there’s constantly things happening according to the police scanner. Definitely not a place to vacation!"

"I would like to remind everyone that this is under renovation at this time. The managers did an excellent job of catering to our needs. There was an issue with hot water so they moved us to a room that had just come available. The managers were very pleasant to talk to and are doing their best to make you comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a newly furnished room, very bright and clean. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and available if needed. The location is great- close proximity to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and close enough to ride or walk to any of the above. It’s a nice place if you want to sit outside your room in a lawn chair to relax after a fun filled day at the beach."

"Very nice and newly remodeled rooms. Outstanding service. Clear communication. We rented a townhouse and it came stocked with a full kitchen. Great value for the price. Please keep in mind that the place is still not done with the remodeling so there is some construction materials on the property. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend."
