"First time I have to write a review. I'm a college student and was having gum inflammation last May. This place kept reassuring me that my insurance will cover the bill, then they dragged on for 4 sessions. They finally told me my insurance doesn't cover the bill and charged me $2000 for it. When I confronted the front desk, they ignored my questions and went on to collect the money. Although they did spread the fee collection to many installments, as a college student, I don't have that much money and this feels exactly like a scam. I know that this service in other dentals wouldn't cost as much as $2000. I would not recommend anyone, especially college students in the area, go to this dental clinic."
"The office staff is deplorable, so unless you enjoy throwing money out the window, and being talked down to than don't go here. They deserve negative stars but that is not possible, the erratic billing practices are a HUGE problem- when questioned (the excuse was "that person does not work here anymore"). This family of 4 is going elsewhere."
"Dr. Leigh and the staff at Newton Street Dental are top notch. I switched to this office a little less than a year ago because my fiance has gone there her entire life and has always raved about it. They are patient, understanding, polite and very professional. The facility is extremely clean, beautiful and well taken care of. I needed some work done before my wedding and they made it their top priority to get it done for me in record time. I am so thankful to Dr. Leigh and his staff. They go above and beyond for their patients. Would highly recommend."

"Dr. Leigh takes his time to clearly communicate with the patient step by step what he is doing. Dr. Leigh and his staff frequently communicate with the patient to ensure that the patient is comfortable and not in pain. In addition to the personalized service Dr. Leigh uses the latest technology such as Camera Aided Dentistry (CAD). This ensures precision in his work down to the finest detail. The staff is professional, courteous, and well trained. I also liked the option of having the heat and back massager turned on in my dental recliner while my dental procedure was being done."
