Alfredo gave us a list of recommendations on what brands to look for (and which NOT to buy!), and applied the cost of the diagnostic visit to the installation cost of our new unit. "Booked a dryer and vent cleaning. Easy to book and they are flexible if changes are required later on. The service agent arrived on time, explained what he would do and approximately how long it would take. At completion, he reported that the buildup was minimal due to the good construction of the vent piping (solid metal pipe, no flexible plastic). The vent pipe was hidden behind a wall so it was reassuring to know this. Will definitely be my first call if any other appliance repairs are needed."
"Alfredo came to our house to fix our gas stove. He and his son arrived right on time. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and promptly resolving the issue. They also inspected for an intermittent problem which was not happening when they were on site. They told us what to look for when it happens again so that we can determine the root cause. Alfredo and his son are very professional and extremely friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure having them to our house to fix this problem. I highly recommend 1ST Choice Appliance Repair."
