"NAPA is the most expensive auto parts store. Do not buy from NAPA. You can literally buy anything from any other auto parts store, and it will be cheaper. I recently purchased BlueDEF Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) - 2.5 gal because I had to have it today and it was $25. It cost under $17 literally everywhere else. Amazon even has it under $17 and that's with shipping. I had a similar overpriced experience years ago. This place has everything way way overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And I will never go back."

"My car battery died in Gloucester so I bought a new battery from them. I asked the owner if he could help me replace the battery, which honestly is a big deal since they are not a mechanic. They just sell car parts. The owner drove up to where my car was parked, helped me replaced the battery, and didn't charge me a single penny. Super nice guy! Its things like these that you don't get anywhere else."
