And the man at the front just rolled his eyes when I asked about it. I then asked if it were too much hassle to look into and he continued to be annoyed. "Rx pickup went smoothly but when I asked about a text about other scripts, I was told there was nothing active on the computer. This suggests an issue of text generation without info supplied to the pharmacy to fill in the blanks. CVS needs to redesign the info transfer mechanisms of their texting engine."
