I always know my cats are in great hands when she is caring for them. She also was one of the people who helped my sick cat several months ago while I was out of state. She was compassionate and flexible in ensuring my sick cat got the medication she needed. Krystal even stayed over her scheduled time to stay with my sick cat to make sure she was ok while we were figuring out how to get her to an urgent care vet. I am forever grateful for her care."
