"Bottom line up front: You would be foolish not to hire this company!! It's so hard to find good companies these days. My husband and I needed to find a reputable company to do a lot of work on our 100 year old home. We needed new windows, doors, siding, and covered gutters. We spoke to no less than a dozen companies, and A&A was one of the few that could handle everything. You might be concerned about them not having an "expertise" in one area, but it was clear to us after many hours (across many days) of talking with Jim (our sales person) that they knew their stuff. Not only that, but they were super friendly, extremely detail oriented, and 100% customer service focused. At one point, when things got a little bumpy, the owner of the business showed up to our home that same day to talk with us, give us options, and assure us that they would make things right (which they did). You might expect that from an owner, but even the crew was amazing. We had both new construction and replacement windows being installed, and when one of the workers realized what we had, and that things were going to look a bit funny on the front of our home, he didn't just install them anyway (like most workers would). He came to get us, and explained the situation. He explained how it would look if he installed them as we ordered, then he explained what he could do to make things look consistent on the front of our home, and then he left the decision up to us. It was exactly what you would want when you're spending a lot of money on your home. If all that isn't enough, even the crew that did the siding was amazing. Although A&A uses contractors for siding, they have dedicated contracting teams that they always use. When Leo and his team showed up, we could see why A&A always uses them. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but so was Leo. Given that our home is 100 years old, it's very warped and uneven, which makes for quite a challenge. Nonetheless, that didn't stop the siding team from making it as perfect as possible. They often had levels out checking things, and any time we had any concerns, they could explain everything they did, and it always made sense. When we were a little less than happy with a couple of the window sills, they took it upon themselves to replace them for us. To top it off, a couple of days after they were done, we had super heavy rainfalls. We could see that there were a couple of issues with the gutters, so we contacted them. They came out immediately to inspect the gutters, and fixed the issue. They didn't just fix the issue in the one place we pointed out. They checked all the gutters, and made adjustments to all of them. A week later when we had heavy rainfalls again, the gutters worked perfectly. All in all, I can't say anything bad about this company. Although they weren't inexpensive, they were well worth the money. I would not only highly recommend this company, but I would use them again in a heartbeat."
