"Don't listen to any negative reviews. This store is always professional, knowledgeable, and generally pretty responsive with follow up calls. The work is done correctly every time. If your machine/equipment is in for service and you feel it's taking too long keep in mind they may have had to order a part. I come from the car business and the same thing happened when a client brings a car in for service. The parts are not always readily available. There is no magic part shelf where they can reach into and pull out every single exact part that was needed for your equipment. Lastly, price is always fair here.
