"I just had my teeth cleaned today at the Fairhaven office. ( I had a 30 year root canal which was beginning to fail) Dr Fang explained my options in great detail regarding my particular situation which put my mind at ease. Thank you so much to Dr Fang and the entire staff for displaying such a friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. (terrific cleaning and polishing job too)..... Great office!....... Mike"

"I love going to Smiley Dental! Just yesterday they were able to take me the same day i called for my wisdom tooth pain. They extracted the tooth with no pain and were so comforting. My girls love going here for our cleanings too. I highly recommend!"

"Haven’t been to the dentist in a while and Smiley Dental takes MassHealth, so booked an appointment. Staff and doctor are nice enough, but upon leaving noticed that there is still a lot of plaque left around my molars and my teeth feel rough, not smooth and plaque free like they usually are after leaving appointments with my previous dentist. Was hoping for a more thorough service. Just okay."

"Please avoid going to this place!! I wish I would’ve thoroughly read through the reviews before showing up here! Dr Fang convinced me he could take out my impacted wisdom teeth, he said he has dealt with more “challenging cases” and that I would fine and feel no pain. He butchered me all up and put me through a bunch of pain/discomfort to not be able to remove my tooth. He was only able to crack it several times and remove small pieces. He referred me to Mass General (which he should’ve did to begin with as soon as he seen how impacted my teeth are in the X-ray)He is not qualified to take on wisdom teeth like mine!! He sowed me up and He sent me home with only ibuprofen 800mg. Later that evening I woke up with excruciating pain and extreme swelling so of course I had to miss work the next day!! Fortunately I was referred to a local dental surgeons office by a friend and they took me right in. They took very good care of me. They explained Dr fang should’ve known better and he was supposed to be cleared from insurance before performing a wisdom tooth extraction which he did not do! They told me even though they are a dental surgeon office that I would be better off being put to sleep at a hospital like mass general to get my teeth removed. They also prescribed me not only an antibiotic and but other medications to help and relieve me of my pain! I was finally able to get some sleep and some swelling has already went down. Please avoid going to Smiley Dental !! This was complete malpractice and could’ve 100% been avoided!!"
