"My son was supposed to go in and get his chipped tooth fixed this afternoon. Dr. Scott Harelick Told us it would cost $410 and that insurance and that wouldn’t cover it. He made my kid sit in a chair on his reception area for an hour and a half. Then he took the $410 and applied it To a bill that he thinks we owe him…. By the way, this is a bill we had only received three weeks earlier in the mail, and I called the office and asked them for some backup so I could check with my insurance. Because I paid in person all the time. Then he wouldn’t even come out and tell tell my 17-year-old son he wasn’t gonna work on him. He made his secretary do it … weak!!! Poor assistant was so nervous because she didn’t know what to say. She had me on the phone and my kid sitting in a chair waiting to be worked on and then she had to tell us that he actually took the $410 and applied it to our bill and that he wasn’t going to do the work he charged us for. He hid behind his assistant… That’s embarrassing for him."
