Welcome to October Farm Riverfront, a stunning natural oasis located at 265 Balls Hill Road, Concord, Massachusetts. This unique park is a collaborative effort between the Town of Concord and the Land Trust, designed to preserve an exquisite landscape along a mile-long stretch of the Concord River. Spanning 80 acres, October Farm Riverfront offers a diverse network of trails that lead visitors through fascinating eskers, historic artifacts such as a stone canoe house and cabin foundations, and serene wooded flood plains. This picturesque area was acquired through generous private donations, the support of Concord residents, and a grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ownership is shared between the Town, which manages 33 acres, and the Land Trust, overseeing 47 acres.
