"I went here awhile back and they just operate in a very shady way. Make sure to check all your THC % TAC% and exactly what you’re purchasing. They won’t let you know when they try to trick you. Just reading all the negative reviews you can tell the owner or social medial operator is someone who can’t control their emotions. It’s always the same low key passive aggressive comment back. Like they take everyone personally which a good business owner knows you should never show your emotions when it comes to customer service issues. Customer ain’t always right but it’s good to be humble as they could come back to shop and anyone who owns a business knows these reviews can make or break you. Just read the owners responses and you’ll know who they are. Advice to owner: just politely smile and say thanks sorry come back we loved to have you and that’s it. You being the bigger person usually wins and you look much better from outside perspective. No need to comment back on this just thought people reading these should know to “watch out” Is all nothing else . Much better dispo down the street Rebelle and theory are my go to’s. They always take great care of me and I never feel like they’re trying to scam me. Always super nice people at rebelle and theory. GO TO REBELLE AND THEORY DISPOS WAY BETTER"

"Quality went downhill. They don’t know how to run a business. Cheap quality and overpriced. Customer service is trash. They take advantage of being by the NY border and “women owned”. Me and my friends have been coming here for years but now I’ll make sure we take a few mins to drive to another dispensary and tell all my friends as well. They simply don’t want to help. Used to be good but they just lost a few lifetime customers for not even wanting to call and reach out to see how they can correct a situation. It’s evident they look down on others so much the way reply to other reviews here on google. Stating everyone has buyers remorse. Lol very funny. Ever think the problem was you guys? Bunch of children who reply like that not realizing what ur losing is lifetime business. I came in thinking I’d spend the $70 an eighth not a quarter. It’s not about the money. It’s about the principal. They think a review won’t hurt and probably don’t care. I’ve been to hundreds of dispensaries and never had my head hurt like this. They wasted a whole day of my life. Avoid the trouble. There’s plenty of other dispensaries around that offer much better quality flower and much more reasonable prices. Plenty of others will not return here because of the way they run now."

"Made a stop here on my way home from a vacation at lake George and I’m glad I did! The staff was fantastic and knowledgeable. Security felt safe but not overwhelming. Cash or debit is taken for those who are wondering. Also a ATM is on site."
