"I bought a DeWalt skillsaw from this carr hardware back at the beginning of the summer, but then didn't use it for a few months and when I did, I found out that my fence was faulty and it was cutting everything slightly askew. It had been more than 90 days and I didn't have the receipt, but as a rewards member, they effortlessly looked me up, found my receipt and swapped out the unit for a functional one, with no fuss. Something I assumed would be an absolute nightmare hassle and mess to deal with, was made so easy and efficient for me, that I could never recommend these people enough. 10/10 best customer service ever."
